Dubai trading desk to NYC?

I’m a 24-year-old US citizen with UK degrees currently interning on EFG Hermes’ institutional equities trading desk in Dubai. I’ve built live order/allocation automations, Bloomberg-based commission and liquidity analysis, market-share reporting, and client-account setup tools.

I’m trying to convert this into a formal Trading Desk Analyst role for a year, then target NYC global/international equities trade support or trading-assistant positions. I require no sponsorship and can relocate immediately.

How realistic is this route after one year of formal experience? Blunt feedback is appreciated.

He took the time to understand my background, past experiences, and the specific roles I am currently recruiting for, and then tailored his suggestions accordingly.
