Good options aren't going to come to you. You have to look for them yourself. If you want, work on getting a CFA or some licenses. You could also study for your GMAT's if you want to go to business school. Do your best to network as well.

I disagree... if you get solid exposure in an energy group it is definitely possible to transition into IB or S&T. Don't get discouraged by the people who always mention the same structured path... undergrad - analyst - bschool... a lot of employers respect different backgrounds and are willing to give you a chance.
