Was wondering what exit oops look like for fixed income sales roles at BBs? Would macro or credit funds be possible/ likely?

Common move? How about a top credit trading desk like HY/IG/Distressed?
AM sales and Credit HF sales are most common, from what I've seen. Emphasis on latter.
Is is possible for a sales to be a HF PM then?
