Fidelity equity trading interview

Hey guys, I got an interview with Fidelity for "equity trading business associate." I was wondering if anyone knew how to prepare for these interviews and what to expect. Also...perhaps what exactly the job is. I assume it is mostly just executing trades for higher ups?

Description: This role is a 2-year program that will give you experience working with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, Traders, and Investment Operations professionals. The candidate will have and have a genuine interest in the financial markets will help in problem resolution, idea generation, technology solutions, workflow management and relationship building.

Responsibilities that the Associate may be involved in: • Work with Traders on projects involving compliance, order input, and supporting analysts and Portfolio Managers o Research and resolve cash positions and holdings differences if identified o Work with the Fund Monitoring Group to assist in daily portfolio compliance checks o Partner with counterparties for market-related feedback and trade problem resolution • Work with Management by researching and providing data and analysis regarding fund performance • Work with Equity Operations compiling and analyzing research metrics and fund performance • Special projects across various industry sectors in support of our Traders, Research Analysts and CIO’s • Work with management on ad hoc requests that require quick turnaround and attention to detail. • Help identify inefficient and manual processes and work to streamline operations • Ability to communicate effectively.

for background... I have little business background. I could tell you what a P/E ratio is and maybe a tiny bit about it but beyond that i haven't taken a course in stocks/bonds or anything.
