First year trader: I want to leave, but where to go?

Background: I have started in a BB doing sales and trading for ~6 months. I'm in a flow trading role with tons of order flows a day. The pace is exceptionally fast at my desk, and the speed and the strict requirement for accuracy have been very intimidating. I started to find myself with OCD behaviors, like to check over the numbers and the direction a million times before hitting the button, but obviously this was too slow and not optimal. I'm just really afraid of the fast pace and don't think I can handle it for a long time. Also thinking about long-term career progression, I think trading is really unpredictable and you can't really control your pnl / risks of being fired.

I found experienced people on this forum often give advice to IB analysts who want to have a better work-life balance that they could go to corp dev/strategy/corporate banking. I'm curious for junior traders, if I don't want to be faced with such fast paces, and hope to find a relatively relaxed and friendly environment, what could be some roles/divisions that I can consider? (I'm still reasonably interested in/good at the product I trade and quantitative skills)

Thank you and hope everyone's doing great and staying safe.
