Hi, can anybody share bonus / total comp for a vp levwl flow trader? Currently at a second tier, access to a medium-sized balance sheet of corp bonds. Asking because I made a lateral move fro desk analyst (i.e. research role) on the same desk, this will be my first bonus cycle as a trader, any help would be appreciated. Is 5 to 10% of net pnl the right number?
