FlowTraders Phone Call?

I have a call with a recruiter at this firm coming up this week, sounds like it's just going to be a short fit interview, and more information about their interview process.

Does anyone have any experience with them? Or their interview process, at least? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Am in the same industry. The interviews are all pretty standard. Check out the questions in the interview database and here for Flow/Optiver/IMC/Jump etc.

FWIW you know they're about to IPO right? Maybe not the best time to join a firm that knows it's not gonna be around much longer.

Thanks, appreciate the insight. Would you mind if I sent you a PM to discuss more?

Was aware of the IPO, although not until after I had sent in the application. Currently any position with them for any length of time would be a vast improvement on my current situation so at this point it's a non-issue for me either way.

Which office? I interviewed for the NYC office a couple of years ago and the first round phone interview (mine was over Skype) was not technical at all. The on-site afterward was more of the standard Dutch style interview (mental math, logic, case question).

Also I echo the comment above about their IPO, not a good time to go...
