For pay trading programs
Ok I am looking to see if there are any worthwhile FOR PAY summer equity training programs. I see places like SMB have 7 or 8 week inhouse programs for 8k, but I see little discussion on the quality of these.
I am not looking for a job oppurtunity as I am going into grad school next year.
The cost isn't that much of an issue for me, just looking for the highest caliber training.

Thanks. This looks like a great resource. Kind of wanted to do an in house program or something just to check out the industry just like to see what successful career traders are like.
After an ibank and analyst internship I am amazed at the culture. People work long ass hours to make 700k+a year and have virtually no net worth because they are so concerned about looking like the biggest swinging dick. Because of this exploring the prop trading culture would be really telling for me, beyond just learning more about trading.
I started day trading this year with a PTA and it is the most fun I have ever had making money. Wish I would of explored this earlier and been able to compete for a good summer internship.
