Does anyone have information on standard salary/bonus for Gelber Group for algorithmic and discretionary traders?

Salary will get you by in Chicago. Their bonus structure is actually very good but it's truly eat what you kill. However it usually takes a few years before you can make some serious money. Algo / Discretionary traders go by the same salary/bonus system but the algo traders definitely make more on average.

Hi has anyone heard about the Gelber Group? They recently opened a san diego office as well. How is it? Is it a good place to start a career in trading?
I happen to have the same question. Got a phone call from some guy in their San Diego office, talked about summer internship in trading. However when I search Gelber on glassdoor I found the average salary of traders is like 30k+...I understand for traders the bonus is the big part but shouldn't base salary be at least 50k or 60k, just like other prop-trading shops?
