I got a role for Summer Analyst 2022 in the GS Global Markets (S&T) division. Does anyone know the probability of being able to pivot to IB full-time from this role? I don't want to do S&T long-term but GS is my dream bank.

If GS is your dream bank then work in ST. What you do there would be less important since you get to at least work there.
What do you want from this question? It's possible. The probability depends on you and internal openings. Just try while also recruiting for IB full time.

At the end of the summer they offer internal mobility for transfers to other divisions

Everyone engaging in on investments and trading should be extra careful and observant before dealing with these broker platforms and it's customer managements.
I almost lost a huge amount of my lifetime savings, but i'm grateful i was able to get an interesting information and guild-lines that helped out.

I'd contact HR and see if you could use your offer to get you an interview for IBD. It honestly might be easier to just recruit got GS IBD than to stop recruiting now and try to move internally.
