Salary in HFT Middle Office (EU)
Hi all,
Given my mixed background in Quant Finance and Statistics, I am beginning to orient myself towards possible jobs. Very interested in HFT and Quant Finance. GPA and CV are quite good I would say.
For all people in HFT Middle Office/Operations (so firms like Jane Street, Citadel, IMC, Optiver, etc.): Would you recommend it? What is your story? What made you decide joining Middle Office rather than Data Analysis/Trading/Research? What are expected salary ranges for EU students? How is the WLB?
