How do you do it?
I’m a trader in niche vegetable oil products at a small shop. I’ve been here since I graduated 4 years ago and things have been going great. With the volatility we’ve been seeing in oils over the past few years we’ve been creaming it in. I’m starting to feel the strain though. The market moving around doesn’t bother me much but dealing with customers/suppliers defaulting, internal politics, and just the general bullshit is really wearing me down. How do you guys deal with it?
