How to impress on HireVue's/One Way interviews

Hey everyone, recently received HireVue for an S&T BB and was hoping to get some tips on how to do well in the HireVue perhaps from the perspective of someone in the industry who reviews them. Considering so many people have similar stories, how do you stand out from the others and move on to the Superday? Is it better to keep your answer concise and under the time limit? Should you be answering the question like you're talking to a person or just directly? And how perfect does the delivery have to be? I find that I struggle with HireVue's rather than direct interviews since there is more leniency when you're talking to someone but when it's recorded I feel like every little delivery detail is scrutinized.

Any other tips or things that I may not have mentioned would also be highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

The questions are really basic and they are basically behavioral questions that you should have down cold. I only have experience twice now, but I think the point is to look at the camera as if you're looking into someone's eyes and trying to talk as conversational and natural as possible. I think each question was around 2 minutes so I really filled it up and if I had time left over, I talked a little more about relevant topics. Hope that kinda helps haha.. i know this is really obvious
