If you could offer only one piece of advice

So many people are wrapping up with their summer internships or starting as a FT, if you had to offer someone ONLY ONE piece of advice to someone about how to have a sucessful internship/FT analyst experience what would it be?

Humility. Till your that BSD at that hedge fund, and just had a crazy year on some solid bets, be freaking humble.

Do not look down on the back office people. Be nice to the office admin, and talk to the middle office folk.

Don't think minor tiny tasks are below you, just do them. Don't take it personally if your the center of some trader jokes for "being the new kid", smile and laugh along. Basically STFU and be glad for the chance to learn.
