Imperial Capital LLC Internship interview

Hello! I have an interview with Imperial Capital LLC's rotational program with S&T and institutional research. I am just curious what to expect. I cannot find much online and I don't know if I should email the recruiter or not asking if I should prepare a stock pitch. I am being interviewed with 4 different people, pretty high up so I am quite surprised. I come from a target school, created my own major. Here are the skills listed for this role Skills to be imparted for this Program:

 Ability to conduct analysis of financial projections and impact of financing, transaction and

operational variables through preparation of valuation models; solid financial modeling skills.

 Demonstrate commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends.

 Ability to quickly respond to the issues associated with complex transactions.

 Superior writing skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with a proven commitment to

turning in consistently high quality work as a self starter.

 Discover high level of integrity, energy and flexibility with a positive team oriented "can-do"

attitude.

 Develop strong interpersonal relationship skills along with the ability to communicate and

develop a personal style conducive to building relationships.

 Develop strong teamwork orientation, unquestionable honesty and integrity, intellectual curiosity

and dedication to providing the best product to clients.
