Incoming Exotic EQD Trader at a Bank. Best way to prepare?
I’m an incoming Nonlinear Equity Derivatives Trading Analyst at a bank, starting this July. I studied Quantitative Finance at a non-target school and would say my technical skills are above average, strong but not quite at the level of a quant.
As I prepare for the role, I’ve been considering doing a Quant Boot Camp to brush up on my coding skills and refresh my general knowledge of equity derivatives. I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations you might have on what to review or focus on before I start.
