Information on Canaccord and Wolfe Research

Pursuing a career in S&T - specifically Cash Equity Sales or Cash Equity Sales Trading (I know Wolfe trading goes through Nomura).

I am looking for key information about Canaccord and Wolfe Research as both are recruiting me heavily (New York). Looking for the culture of the firms (face time culture? WFH?), the team environment, best desks, and most importantly comp and bonus for a S&T analyst (I will have my masters in finance when I start), etc.

Thank you
