Insider trading academic articles

Hello all,

I am going to be doing research for a grad school paper and I wanted to see if insider trading may affect any of my conclusions. To that end I was wondering if anyone knew of any good journal articles on the subject? There are several papers I have encountered but as I am a little out of my depth I wanted to make sure they are the significant ones.

My focus is on stock valuation and contrarian investment strategies ie (Lakonishok, Shleifer and Vishny 1994) and (Fama and French 1992) and I wanted to see if insider trading had any effect on mean reversion. Thank you for your help.
