Is it too late to recruit?
I was previously recruiting for an investment banking internship for 2024, but have found more of my interests to be in Sales & Trading. Is it too late to recruit for summer 2024? If not, what steps should I take to start?
You definitely are not early, as many applications are closing/closed for BB. However, I would try to get in touch with Wells, Citi, BNP, BoFA, and Barclays. Just Google "Sales and Trading 2024" and apply to all the ones you see. Good luck
You’re a little late, but BofA recently reposted on LinkedIn so you still have time. Your best shot is targeting botuliques and networking vigorously to secure a recommendation from one or two from within whichever firm or firms you’re applying to.
