Is NYU math good enough to get quant trading / dev jobs right out of Undergrad?

Hello. I recently got into NYU College of Arts and Sciences. I don't know for sure if I am going to go here (still waiting on some places) but this one of the places I got accepted to. I also got into some other T20 CS places , but I don't know if they have as much prestige as NYU. I have heard mixed things about NYU's CS, specifically about like depth of the program like its more theory or what not. I know that NYU math is highly regarded for graduate, but I was wondering if its the same for undergrad. Also would not going to Stern make a big difference? But basically would doing a double a major in math and cs at CAS be prestigious enough to get these jobs.

I went to NYU for grad school. And what I’ve noticed in the industry is that there are hardly any NYU undergrads at all, in quant roles (barring a few exceptions). Stern is still highly regarded, although it’ll still be difficult to land a quant role from Stern (relatively easier than from CAS tho). If you really want to do that, I’d recommend joining a good engineering program (not NYU lol)
