Is Peak6 Trading Associate a Quant or Fundamental Role?
Curious about the reputation of Peak6. I saw some people with Economics degrees entering the firm as a "Trading Associate," but this typically signifies a quant role (and Peak6 is known for being quant-focused). I was wondering what this role actually entails, and how the position is perceived relative to peer HFs with similar investing strats?
