Just wondering about comp and if edits are similar to BB s&t exits. Would assume they comp well tho as I haven’t seen a lot of people leaving on LinkedIn.

More closely aligns with the sales side of s&t. Most of their traders are recruited separately. However, Jane Street will still hold their salespeople to a higher technical standard than your average BB, so be prepared for a more technical interview process
