JPM sales superday ABP as a non-diverse candidate
I recently got a super day at JP Morgan for sales through their advancing black pathways program. This is particularly interesting because I am not a diverse candidate. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, or if someone could give insights about the interviews for the sales program?
Went through the Proud to Be (for LGBT+ candidates) superday for trading and about half did not identify as LGBT. I would still email HR and express how excited you are, etc. but clarify that you don't identify as Black just in case. It may be a tad obvious if you are the only non-Black candidate there, especially if it is in person.
