Any idea on how the interviews will be?

i've been through this and got a job, but i don't know if there's any formula. however, if you are a hot chick, you have a small edge. Hot chicks get jobs as long as they know what is going on.

met with around 5 people. some were purely fit, some were technical.

got some basic options pricing questions, was asked about stocks i like, my feelings about the economy, a stock id short

lots of why sales and trading why lehman questions as well

i interned at lehman over the summer and, yes, if you are a hot chick you have an edge. yet although i saw many hot girls on my floor and throughout the building, my analyst S&T class was pretty busted. however, gekko44 pretty much summed it up pretty well.

excellent place to work, IMO. i will be returning to work there FT.

what percentage of the summer START class received offer for full-time at end of program?

i would be interested to get an idea about that too

Wanna say maybe ... 60%? That's based just on the 2nd term
