London snt comp with ~5 yoe
Hi, I was wondering what's the typical pay range for a snt job in London with ~ 5 yoe? In comparison if anyone could provide insights for nyc/asia for 5 yoe snt package I also rlly appreciate! I have heard the bonus is way less these days compared to 2021, is it true?

NYC: $175K + $105K = $280K
London: £110K + £50K = £160K ($205K)
HK: HK$1M + HK$400K = HK$1.4MM ($180K)
Pre-tax is NYC/LON/HK is $280/$205/$180. Post-tax is more like $185/$125/$160. Post-tax and adjusted for living-costs (relative to NYC) its something more like $185/$165/$240.
