The Litquidity survey was severely inaccurate. I recommend chasing your interests, not just comp if you want a long and successful career.

S&T median TC is usually slightly lower but mostly comparable to IB.
That being said I wouldn’t take this version of Lit’s survey too seriously, can confirm it’s inaccurate and lower than what my peers and I are getting—should also be the case if you’re in US.
