Market Risk or Sales to Fixed income Trading

I want to become a Fixed income trader.

Currently I work in Quant Analytics in one of the buldge braket firms - developing trading strategies, analyzing level 3 assets - products Rates, MBS, FX, etc.

It takes some time to get from where I am into where i want to be, which is why I am considering jumping jobs. I cant find a trader job, but i got Market Risk Associate or Interest Rates Sales Associate.

Which one you guys I think is better in terms of making a later jump into trading?

Thanks.
