Does anyone have any color on them? Seem to have a lot of Oxbridge grads and have been hiring a lot from some of the bigger UK hedge funds (e.g. Arrowgrass, Cheyne, MW)
Did some research on their website, looks like it started off as an options market making shop but seems to have diversified into somewhat of a platform. Any sense on career development, comp, people, comparison to other UK prop shops and platforms? Also 2020 performance?
From what I've heard, they have a relatively low base salary (£50-70k) and high payout ratio for traders. I know a guy 3 years out of uni whose bonus was GBP half a million.
Thanks any color on general reputation among graduates?
Good reputation. Not as well known as Optiver/Jane Street/IMC/etc but that's because it's newer. It's founded by ex-Optiver and ex-Tibra traders I believe.
