MM S&T Compensation/ Best Companies for S&T

I am currently interning at a MM bank, not in a non-S&T role. My goal is to break into S&T either at the current place I am interning or at another company. I would love to know what the typical pay would be for an MM firm?Also, If anyone knows which MM companies have great S&T desks, specifically in FICC?
