Morgan Stanley S&T Summer Conversion Rates London
Hi, does anyone have any colour on conversion rates from the S&T summer at MS in London? Even better if anyone could give a general idea of how this varies across desks.
Also, how long after the programme do interns tend to hear back about the conversion outcome? Asking as this allows those looking at masters programmes the choice of dropping out if they convert.

I didn't intern there but I was aware the derivatives desks were pretty harsh.
Same question but for US based MS S&T interns
Ik its high af in the US for BB, BofA is almost automatic, quiet close to that for MS. They usually don't open a slot if they don't have the HeadCount to follow up with an offer
