Morgan Stanley Strats and Modeling written exam for interview part 1

I will be given a written exam as the first part of the interview. Has anyone here been through this? Can you shed some light on what to expect? And how to prepare? Any response will be appreciated. Thanks

What asset class? I interviewed with the FX Structuring desk in London and it involved two 1 hour long interviews on option theory and some maths questions (mainly brainteasers). They don't expect you to be a genius or know how to price Himalayan options or whatever - they just want to see how you think. If you don't know the answer, don't be afraid to say so and as long as you ask the correct questions you should be fine. Make sure you know the past week of market activity incredibly well and that you have a good understanding of the asset class you will be going for. Aside from that, "keep calm and carry on" :)
