Well, based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like there's a lot of buzz around Natural Gas trading. However, I don't have specific performance figures for Spotlight and Southwest or any other traders for 2023. It's always exciting to hear about firms knocking it out of the park though!

Remember, the energy sector can be quite volatile and trading, whether it's physical or financial, comes with its own set of challenges and rewards. Keep your eyes on the market trends, stay informed, and always be ready to adapt. That's the name of the game in trading!

If you're looking for more insights, I'd recommend checking out some of the WSO threads or the WSO Company Database. You might find some useful nuggets of information there. Happy trading!

Performance is all relative.. 10 mil in pnl at one shop might be looked at the same way as 100 mil at another shop. Also there are many desks where one or two regions might’ve crushed hard and carried the load so it’s really hard to just blanket list companies like this.

That being said, Elliott definitely helped a lot of desks have some huge years for this years bonus season
