Need Career Advice.

I am in a strange predicament and need some career advice on how to go about things:

I am going into my junior year as a triple major in mathematical finance, statistics, and actuary sciences at a non target with a poor GPA (3.2). I had no idea what I wanted to do when I came to college and just took a boatload of STEM classes which is why I am where I'm at. I also manage a good amount of quantitative websites online, which total about 40k views (all coded in Python). I have worked two internships in CorpFin and PWM. I am trying to recruit for QT/QR roles at Prop Shops and HFs, but obviously my GPA and school are killing me. It sucks because I truly feel that I have a lot to offer as a worker, and poor guidance and lack of effort in high school / freshman year have messed up my career path. What do you think I should do? Masters? PhD? Work where I can get my foot in the door?
