Non-solicitation agreement and Non disclosure of confidential information

Hello Friends!

I have recently started working at a new bank as a product sales and had signed a 3-month non-solicitation agreement and non disclosure of confidential agreement at the prior bank i worked at. Can anyone share what does that entails?

For example: 1) If company A, who i had done business with, is a client of both 1st Bank and 2nd Bank, will I be able to engage in an active or passive discussion with company A at the 2nd Bank? 2) I have independently introduced company A to 1st Bank, will i be able to actively pursue relationship with company A to 2nd Bank? 3) company A is a client to both 1st and 2nd bank, but i have not spoken to company A during my time in bank 1st, can i engage in active / passive discussion at 2nd bank?
