Not sure how to get a real trading seat
To keep it short, I graduated from a great college, I had an internship at a bulge bracket on their trading floor but I didn't put in the effort to convert it to a full time offer.
Now, I work for what's essentially a small bucket shop helping out traders with labor intensive tasks they don't want to do. I know I can succeed if given the right seat but I also know this company isn't right for me.
I am about to hit my 1 year mark and I passed my level 1 CFA exam. I just don't know how to get out of here and I'm very nervous - I feel like I wasted my opportunity to succeed in this space - could someone give me some help?
