Ops vs Fpa

I have 2 offers here and would appreciate input/feedback on some pros/cons to help decide.Ops: at IB in commodities in a trade settlements role. Decent at market salary with ot available, no bonusFp&a: at major o&g refiner Fpa analyst on the commercial/trade supply side. Good base similar to Ops role+ bonusWhich has better career opportunities/exits?How difficult would it be to move after 2 yrs from the Ops role to mo/fo or even advisory side with mba at same bank? Or is the Fpa a better starting point?Advice is greatly appreciated!
