Paulson Investment Co?

So I have an interview coming up with a small boutique out of Portland Oregon called Paulson Investment Company. The job is called "Sales Associate - Private Equity," and I can't seem to find any good information on this firm online on Glassdoor or here on WSO.

Anyone heard of Paulson Investment Company (and no I do not mean the well known buy side firm Paulson & Co)? Based on their website they have offices in several cities including NYC and Chicago, so I am surprised there is not more info out there on the company.

I looked over the recent deals they had on their website and they all seem to be small private offerings in the $5-$15 million range. Anyone know what similar sales jobs at boutiques with these size deals can pay? Further does anyone have experience working directly at Paulson Investment Company, that can give me some insight as to whether it is a good firm to start your career at or not?

Finally I see the company is hiring for the same job in multiple cities, so that makes me a bit nervous given how small that it seems the company is. I just don't see how a firm this small can have that many clients placing large trades through them like the big first, so I am trying to figure out what a sales job like this would even entail (as opposed to sales and trading jobs at a BB or mid market bank), and how they would be able to pay so many new hires a decent salary.

Thanks in advance everyone!
