Pension Fund Investment Analyst or Market Risk Associate

Hello, I'm quite new to this forum, and find it really helpful for career advice. I have been working as financial analyst in a quant team for 2.5 years, and would like to switch my career path. Recently I got two offers, one is Pension Fund Public Equity Investment Analyst (same level as now), and the other is Market Risk Associate (one level higher).

Given that I'm still at early stage and would like to consider a top MBA in near future, which one fits me better? Pension Fund will only involve manager selection, not direct investment. Risk side is an extension of my current work. I have finished CFA and FRM, but still feel like I lack the broad picture sense.

Thank you very much in advance!!
