PHYSICAL TRADER TO S&T
I trade physical electricity, not really what I am interested in. I like having to do with trading stocks. Would you recommend S&T or what kind of role?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, if you're interested in trading stocks, a role in Sales & Trading (S&T) could be a good fit for you. In S&T, you'd be actively engaging with the market of your asset class, dealing with brokers, managing risk, and providing prices to the sales team.
However, if you're also interested in a more client-facing role, you might consider sales-trading. In this role, you'd be communicating with traders at funds, providing them with market color, and communicating prices from the bank's traders to the fund's traders.
Another role to consider could be a Strategist. Strategists act as the bridge between the research team and the bank's traders. They identify likely trends in the market (often based on research's intel and their own subsequent analysis) and advise the relevant desk(s) to either take a position.
Remember, it's important to consider what aspects of 'trading' or 'banking' you enjoy most. Do you want to continue solving difficult problems? Do you want to be in a position to interact with people? Do you want to be working with clients? Are you comfortable presenting ideas over the phone or Zoom? Depending on how you answer these questions, different roles and responsibilities will become apparent.

What ISOs are you trading? Trading physical power is fun. If you’re at a utility then I understand their risk appetite would be much smaller than the majors or trade houses.
