I am a sophmore at a semi target school (math ds major)right now, and pretty set on sales and trading. I came acoss piper sandlers page on fixed income/equities, and was wondering if anyone could give insight on it, like pay, process, etc. especially since i lowkey am outta the 2027 recuiting cycle for major banks and piper sandler opens in like aug/sep 2026
