Pivoting from Pre-Law

Hello all,

I’m currently a junior at a semi-target Big Ten school. I’m majoring in Economics and Political Science and was planning on going to law school but I’m pivoting from that right now. I have a decent GPA (3.47) and I’m doing an equity research internship this summer at a small firm in my city. Since I’m pivoting so late I’ve started networking heavily with alumni and I’m already planning on getting an MSF when I finish undergrad. What are my chances of getting a decent S&T gig if I get my MSF from a top 15 program?
