Please: Does anyone have information on GSR graduate trader/analyst offers?

Very very curious to GSR specifically - does anyone have any insight here? I continue to see articles priding them on their work culture, the 2x a year bonuses, the rapid expansion. Would they be willing to match an Optiver/ Citadel/Jane Street offer or are they offering similarly to 1st year candidates/analysts? With their structure of analyst assoc vp etc. I feel like they’re going to be offering more like a sell-side firm but with how much money crypto firms are printing I’m curious to see if they’d match an Optiver or citadel offer - they literally just poached the CTO of citadel so I’m just so curious to some of these crypto companies.
