Professionally Organized Compensation Reports

Does anyone have any suggestions for professionally organized compensation reports (outside of WSO, obviously). I know that a variety of firms prepare enterprise solutions for human resources departments, but those licenses are often well into the 5 figures and are meant to be a consultancy for HR. I witnessed a senior member of my firm going through some numbers and I am sure he isnt using an enterprise solution such as that.

Any suggestions? I know companies like willis towers watson, gallup, do this. Are there any common providers that industry pros go to? Whenever I look for publicly available information I feel like it is either incorrect or only gives correct information for junior employees and doesnt accurately describe the upper ranks.
