Prop Trading Companies in Amsterdam

Hoi!

I will be applying to the 3 major prop trading firms in Amsterdam: Optiver, IMC and Flow Traders for the position of a trader (will complete my master's in technology area this year). I have seen quite some stuff here about these companies, but mainly from a USA perspective. Can someone please give more information with regards to the Amsterdam office?

Key information I'm looking for is:
1. Recruitment Process
2. Tips for preparing for the recruitment process
3. Work and culture (Not concerned about long hours or something, but the the quality and growth)
4. Salary and bonus (+sign-on/relocation bonus if offered)

Thanks!

1. Their recruitment process is standardized for all their offices. These three firms all originate from Amsterdam. Easy Google.

2. MENTAL MATH! (will get you through the first round) + be very smart (top 0.1% as Optiver recruiters would say)

3. I don't know IMC very well but I know Flow has a more team-oriented atmosphere. I've heard at Optiver people don't talk to each other as much and it's more cut-throat. For the rest, they're all similar, be good at your job or you're out. If you're some genius and you get offers at all three, I would take Flow in a heartbeat.

4. I don't know their salaries and it shouldn't matter that much since it's the bonus that counts - straight up ask them during the interview. They're standardized for juniors. All firms will pay more than sufficient for you to have a decent life outside of work (considerably less though than in the US - as usual).
