Prospect S&T student need advice
Hey, I really want to go into sales and trading. I am a junior at the university of michigan majoring in economics. Lately I havent been doing too well in my classes and it is too late to apply to ross business school. My parents dont think it is a good idea for me to major in economics because of my Gpa. Any advice what I should do, should i stay with econ? What should i major in? Please help, my dream is to go into S&T

Well, I enjoy economics, and art history. Just Michigan econ is the worse. The average gpa is 3.0 for an econ major haha

I have no experience besides personal portfolio management and studying for my series 3
How is that the worst? A 3.0 GPA is a B average for econ students... That's way higher than most classes' average grades unless you go to a school with grade inflation. Stop making excuses
I agree. A 3.0 in econ isn't anything to be ashamed of. Especially at an elite school. I wouldnt worry so much about it.
