Briefly about myself: Late 20s, physical agri trader for 4 years. Been a trader at two different companies in Asia and Europe. I will try to be specific on topics without revealing my details.

Hi Corny, Did you start your career in Asia? How did you break in and what roles did you do before hand? (trader trainee or from a full time operations etc) I'm an undergraduate in a trading hub in Asia and there isn't much online on how to break in.

Did you know from the beginning that you wanted agri or was it more luck/opportunity/mix? If the former what interests you most about agri and what do you love about your job and product compared to other commodities or even asset class.

I was also curious about your opinion on the current difficult environment of the agris and what may happen in the future.
