Does anyone know how turnover for junior traders varies across the good quant trading firms (specifically DRW, Optiver, Citadel Securities, Akuna)? Have heard a lot about Optiver (high churn) but not so much about the others.

tbh i've only heard about optiver from online reviews/anecdotally so what I said definitely isn't necessarily true
Citadel is turn and burn most often not at your choice. But if you can make money expect to be paid
turnover is very low for junior traders at drw
