Rates Sales/Trading

Considering accepting an offer at a BB in rates (sales). Can any of the seasoned S&T people on the board shed some light on the business? Scope, type of work, interesting? (subjective), hours, experience, exit opps? Also considering high yield sales.

Many thanks.
