I'm really at a loss here on what to do. There's only a few summer S&T programs left that recruit at my school (one of HYPS btw). I really don't understand why I didn't get at least an interview (checked my resume again, still can't find any errors). This sucks, I think I'm going to get completely shut out of S&T (and have to find a new career)

Sorry to hear about your situation. I am in a similar one as well for the corporate finance side. I'm sure your resume is fine, there are just not enough positions and too many applicants.
