What does B5 stand for?

Anyways to answer your question, it depends on the definition of 2nd round - every firm is different. A lot of firms I've interviewed with actually just have the 2nd round as the Superday, lol.

For my most recent BB 2nd round interviews, I talked markets (general outlook, rates, commodities, fed/treasury, stock pitch, future threats, etc.) with some of the VPs/Ds/MDs (they were in their 30s-40s). I recommend you brush up on technicals, know what's happening in the markets, and pick 1-2 industries you like to follow. (WSJ/FT headlines are great for this). They will definitely also ask for stock pitches- have 2-3 in your pocket across different sectors.

Hope this helps!

Great, thank you.  They worded it as a 'callback' so I'm not sure if that's a superday or pre-superday thing.  I meant one of the big five banks in Canada.
